Gary Nerison - Chairman
Gary Nerison possesses experience in several industries including insurance, real estate development, banking and charitable foundations. In addition to his new position with ActionView International, Mr. Nerison currently serves as a Director of two companies publicly traded in the United States. Included in his responsibilities as a public company Director are financial oversight and fiscal accountability; selection appointment of key officers and new directors; and high level governance of the organization through its stated policies and objectives.

Mr. Nerison previously served as Director of two additional publicly traded U.S. companies, providing leadership through a successfully completed reverse merger transaction for one of the companies.

In 2000, Mr. Nerison established a loan brokerage firm, placing venture loans for new businesses. The company obtained and arranged for financing and allocation of funds for developers of projects ranging from $1 million to $30 million. In 1998, Mr. Nerison founded an Internet coupon company, for which he served as chief executive officer for several years. Previous to that, Mr. Nerison served in leadership and executive positions for a number of financial, insurance, real estate, and development businesses. Mr. Nerison serves on the Executive Committee of the Northern California Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association and is a former Board member of Project RESTORE at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Project RESTORE is a Johns Hopkins-based undertaking to advance therapies for transverse myelitis and multiple sclerosis.

In 2002, Mr. Nerison co-founded the World Health and Education Foundation (WHEF), a charitable foundation oriented around stem cell research. WHEF also supports additional charities including Rotary International, Boys and Girls Club, the Wheelchair Foundation and the Christopher Reeves Foundation. Mr. Nerison currently serves as the foundation’s President. Mr. Nerison is also an experienced entrepreneur, having devoted over 36 years to the growth of real estate development and loan brokerage companies. In addition to his work with WHEF, Mr. Nerison has been involved in charitable activities in the San Francisco Bay Area, including work on behalf of underprivileged children, seniors, and public education. Mr. Nerison has also assisted in home building projects for migrant children in Mexico and delivered wheelchairs in Mexico and Asia.

Mr. Nerison attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he majored in Economics.

Tony Lopez - Director
Tony “The Tiger” Lopez is a 3-time world boxing champion. Mr. Lopez was raised in Sacramento, California where he started boxing at the age of 10. As an amateur, he fought more than 100 bouts, losing less than 5. Mr. Lopez turned pro in 1983, fighting his first bout at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium. As a pro, he compiled a record of 29-1 with 22 KO’s before his first world title bout – a fight with Rocky Lockridge for the IBF Junior Lightweight belt. Mr. Lopez won a unanimous decision to become northern California’s first world champion. The fight with Lockridge was named Ring Magazine’s 1988 Fight of the Year

Mr. Lopez went on to defend his title three times, losing to Juan “John John” Molina, but in a rubber-match, defeated Molina for the IBF title a second time in a bout held in Reno, Nevada.
Mr. Lopez later reclaimed his title a third time by beating Joey Gamache. Other notable fighters Mr. Lopez fought in his career include Julio Cesar Chavez, Jorge Paez, Brian Mitchell, and Lupe Gutierrez. Lopez completed his professional boxing career with a record of 59-8-1.

Since retiring as a boxer, Mr. Lopez has built a successful bail bonds business and recently re-entered the boxing world as a promoter. In addition to his position on the Board of Directors, Mr. Lopez has entered into a long-term agreement with ActionView International’s wholly owned MatchFights, LLC subsidiary to assist with the marketing and promotion of MatchFights events.

Shane Traveller is a former mixed martial artist that has trained actively for twenty five years, most recently at the Shaolin Temple in China where he was made a personal disciple of the Chief Abbot. In his role as The Commissioner Shane is responsible for managing the fighters, establishing the rules, referring the matches, and overseeing the overall quality of the matches and production value.

MatchFights full-time controller, Gregg Geddes, has a degree in accounting and has served as a controller for several private companies over a career spanning more than twenty years.

His responsibilities include raising capital for Match Fights, ensuring that books and records are maintained, and preparing all MatchFights contracts and agreements.
MatchFights’ experienced technology team ensures that the video production filmed at the company’s events is delivered seamlessly to Swarmcast, MatchFights’ Internet video content provider. An expert in voice and video over Internet protocols (VVOIP), MatchFights’ Director of Technology oversees the entire hardware infrastructure involved with getting the broadcast onto the Internet.

The MatchFights web design team is responsible for designing the MatchFights web site including all functionality.
