AVEW) today announced that its wholly owned MatchFights, LLC subsidiary

MatchFights.com) has signed a contract with LBH Productions, a Salt Lake City-based company that specializes in fight event production, under which LBH will put together the live events under
MatchFight's World Championship Full Contact (
WCFC.com) banner.
