today announced the planned launch of the company's investor website, which will include a mailing list that will allow stockholders and others interested in the progress of the company and its wholly owned MatchFights, LLC subsidiary (
MatchFights.com) to receive news directly from the company once it has been made public. The website will also include additional information related to the company, including stock trading information, monthly newsletters and any financial reports that are filed by the company.
In anticipation of the launch of the website, the company has created a location where shareholders can subscribe to the mailing list. Those interested should visit
