MURRIETA, California -- PR NEWSWIRE -- October 20, 2009 -- ActionView International, Inc. (Stock Symbol:
AVEW) has received funding of $51,500 to further support the operations of its wholly owned
MatchFights, LLC subsidiary (
MatchFights.com).
The funding was received in the form of payment for preferred stock issued as part of the acquisition of MatchFights by the company in August 2009 and will not require the issuance of new ActionView International, Inc. common stock shares.
The funding proceeds will be used by the company to organize the next MatchFights event, market and promote the event to a global audience, and upgrade the company's operations website;

which is the main portal for the sale of pay-per-view buys for MatchFights events.
MatchFights delivers an exciting brand of full contact fighting under its newly launched Championship Full Contact banner. MatchFights events are broadcast live in high definition to a worldwide audience over the Internet, and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys.
